What documents does the employee need to bring?
The employee needs ONE document from the government's approved List A (passport, driver's license, state ID) or TWO documents from Lists B and C (birth certificate + SSN card, for example). We verify them in person.
Can the employee meet you virtually?
No — I-9 Section 2 requires in-person identity verification. We meet your hire in person in Maryland.
How quickly can you complete I-9s?

Do you integrate with our HR system (ADP, Workday, Gusto)?
We complete the paper form and return it to you. You enter the data into your HR system and E-Verify. For large enterprises needing direct integration, contact us — we may be able to work with your payroll provider.
What if the employee's documents don't match?
We verify all documents against government standards. If there's an issue, we'll let you know immediately so you can work with the employee to provide alternative documents.
